Nepal is a country blessed with cultural and religious richness. Nepal is considered to be a garland of many flowers of religions and cultures. Nepal is one of the most well-known countries in the world for its cultural richness, geographical location, and a variety of other important factors. Nepal is a tiny nation with a lot of diversity since it is multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-ethnic, multi-religious, and multi-racial. Although Hindus have the highest number of population in Nepal, Muslims are also found everywhere in Nepal especially in the Terai region. In Nepal, There is even the provision of holiday for the Muslim festival Eid. The Masjids of Muslims are also found in many places in almost all parts of Nepal. Rauja Mazar, in the Mahottari District’s Balwa Municipality, is a popular tourist attraction. The location lies near Mahottari’s Dhamaura, 15 kilometers west of Janakpurdham, the state’s temporary capital. Rauja Mazar is a religious place for Muslims. However according residents, the landmark on the western riverbank Vighi has a three-hundred-year history. Even though it is a major pilgrimage place for Muslims, it is also a great attraction for Hindus.

Worshippers who take regularly vows and offer chadors when the vows are accomplished are likely to have a large number of followers from many religions.Three followers of Allah, Baba Gada Ali Shah, Baba Raham Ali Shah, and Baba Wahar Ali Shah, are claimed to have arrived from Ajmer in Rajasthan, India, when Nepal became separated into twenty-two and twenty-four states. Baba KhajaAjmeri is thought to have despatched Muslims from Rajasthan, India, to Mithila to give religious instruction and wisdom.Hundreds of worshippers visit this temple on a daily basis from all across Nepal and India.

On Mondays and Thursdays, in particularly, Chickens and even goats are sacrificed by devout followers. UrshaJalsa (religious discussion) is held at Baba’s grave every year in the month of Chait. More than two lakh devotees are expected to attend, according to the Mazar Committee. The worshippers sacrifice around 10,000 goats and more than 15,000 poultry on this day.Muslims are free to pray wherever they choose, as long as the area is clean. They will spread a “prayer cloth/rug” and execute the rituals on it while worshipping in a venue that is not expressly designated for Muslim prayers.
