Upperseti River Rafting

The Upper Seti rafting is short and sweet adventurous fun. Around a thirty-minute drive from Lakeside, Pokhara, this rafting experience involves one and half an hour thrilling adrenaline rapids of continuous class 3-4 quality, coupled with fantastic views of Mount Annapurna and Machhapuchre, that is looking like a fish tail, panoramic whiteness of Himalayan waters, and an exquisite  gorge of the Seti river, coloured with prayer flags. The term “seti’ means ‘white”. it is white colour of the river caused by quick rapids from which the river derives the name “Seti”.The rafting lasts around ninety minutes filled with joys. Best time for the rafting are the months September through June.

You will find organized teams in Pokhara and Kathmandu that guide you throughout your trip with services such as certified raft guides with proficient English, French, German, Spanish, Hindi and other languages; ISO/CE certified rafting equipment, lunch, ground transportation, river permit, etc.
